Employers or employees can choose from the offered key areas for which they feel need to pay more attention in order to influence the improvement or creation of a healthy workplace, and how to develop the key areas effectively.

The tool will allow you to create a healthy workplace, by choosing and implementing the method “learning guideline” given by the key areas of influence.
This constructed tool can be helpful and also can be applied in those workplaces and businesses where there are records of work-related injuries or illnesses, or the workplace carries a special weight that bears the above records, especially in places where there is little knowledge of the importance of maintaining or creating a healthy workplace.
The objectives include: obtaining information, geting results, reducing the time needed to develop a key area (identifying and resolving problem) and boosting user involvement in improvement and creation of healthy workplace.

Sustainable healthy workplace means to focus on maintaining occupational health for maintaining the wealth of the enterprises.

Personal health resources in the workplace refers to the health services, information, resources, opportunities, flexibility, and other support to motivate employees to be healthy, live a healthy lifestyle and monitor their mental and physical health.
Enterprise involvement in the community refers to the activities in which an enterprise might engage, or expertise and resources it might provide, to support the social and physical wellbeing of a community in which it operates. It includes factors that affects the physical and mental health, safety and well-being of the workers.
Physical work environment refers to the structure, air, machinery, furniture, products, chemicals, materials, and production processes in the given workplace. All factors affects the physical safety and health as well as mental health and well-being of the workers.
Psychosocial work environment refers to organizational culture as well attitudes, values, beliefs, and daily practices that affect mental and physical wellbeing of employees. It includes factors that can bring the so-called stressors.
