Description of the tool: 		Questo strumento permette di identificare le tipologie di leader esistenti. I manager possono valutare la loro attitudine e il loro comportamento partecipando al questionario, in modo da riflettere sul loro lavoro e sulla loro relazione con i dipendenti. Di seguito troverete la descrizione di ogni profilo e potrete identificarvi con uno o più di essi, seguendo la teoria di Daniel Goleman, secondo la quale in ogni persona possono coesistere diversi tipi di leader.  
Benefit of the tool: 		Il beneficio dello strumento è quello di analizzare il proprio atteggiamento come manager, riflettere su di esso e capire come migliorare. Il manager sarà in grado di adottare alcuni comportamenti, ispirati da ogni profilo, in modo da poter capire il modo migliore per affrontare e gestire ogni situazione, portando ad un miglioramento nella sua gestione del lavoro.
